Ingredients:
Butter: 100 gm
Cocoa powder: 1/4th Cup
Sugar: 1 Cup
Wheat Flour: 1 1/2 Cup
Baking powder: 1 Tsp
Banking Soda: 1/2 Tsp
Milk: 1 Cup
Curd: 1/2 Cup
Vanilla Essence: 1 tsp
Method:
- Cream butter, sugar and eggs will light and fluffy.
- Sift Cocoa and flour together and add to the batter.
- Add vanilla, baking powder and baking soda.
- Lastly add Milk and Curd.
- Put in a greased container and bake at 180 degrees for 25-30 mins or till fully baked or fudgy.
