Instant Rava Dosa

Don’t have the time to soak, grind, rest a dosa batter? Here’s a healthy, delicious batter that you can make in a few minutes.

1 cup sooji

2 tbsps maida

1.5 tsp ginger paste

chopped coriander and green chillies

1 pinch hing

1/2 tsp jeera

1/4 tsp black pepper

3/4 tsp salt

Make a batter with 1 cup water. Then add 1.5 cups water more to make a thin batter and then add all the spices. Leave aside for 10-15 mins, and then make the dosas.
