Healthy & Refreshing Tuna Snack for summer

Here is a quick and simple “tuna snack” for the summer days.
Preparation Time: 10 minutes

INGREDIENTS
1 can light tuna (available in most stores)
Pinch of dried parsley
Dash of ground black pepper
1 tbs light mayonnaise
1tbs chopped onion
1 green onion leek

METHOD
Open the can of light tuna and squeeze out the water from the can to get a dry chunk of tuna. Empty the dry tuna into a small bowl. Add one big tablespoon of light mayonnaise and 1 tablespoon of chopped onion to the bowl. Chop the onion leek and add to the bowl. Sprinkle black pepper and a pinch of parsley. Mix well and use it as a filling for sandwich. Store the remaining in the refrigerator and use as needed.


A Refreshing Tender Coconut Juice to beat the heat

Preparation Time: 10 minutes

INGREDIENTS
1 tender fleshy part of the tender coconut and the water
4 teaspoon of sugar
1⁄2 tin of condensed milk
1 drop of vanilla essence
A pinch of Cardamom powder

METHOD
Put the tender fleshy part of the tender coconut and the water into a blender/ mixer and blend it well. Then add the sugar, condensed milk, vanilla essence and Cardamom powder and blend it again. Add some ice and mint leaf on the side for decoration. Now you can cool off from this scorching heat with a glass of this juice. ENJOY!!!!!!
