Chicken Cutlet/Burger Patty

Preparation Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients
Boiled chicken- shredded – 2 cups
Boiled potato – mashed -1 cup
Green chillies -5 to 7
Coriander leaves, chopped -1/4 cup
Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
Garlic and Ginger paste – 1 tsp
Onion –diced – 1 cup
Garam Masala – 1/2tsp
Salt to taste
A pinch sugar
Eggs – 3
Bread crumbs – 1/4 cup
Oil -2 cups for deep frying

Method
Fry the onion and garlic ginger paste till the onion is transparent. Mix all the ingredients with 1 egg and mix thoroughly. Beat the remaining eggs in a dish & keep aside. Shape the mixture into cutlets. Dip the cutlets into the egg mixture then into the bread crumbs & fry them. Serve this yummy snack hot with tomato ketchup or serve as a burger with buns.
