Chicken Frankie Roll

Ingredients:
Chapattis – 10
Boiled and shredded chicken – 1 Cup
Capsicum diced – 1
Onion finely chopped – 1
Eggs beaten – 6
Oil – 2 tablespoons
Ghee – to smear on the rotis
Mayonnaise
Chopped Parsley and Corriander
Salt and Pepper to taste

Method
Heat oil in a pan and add the chopped onions. Sauté well and add the chicken, pepper, parsley and corriander. Mix wel. After a minute add the capsicum and salt. Keep aside. Now heat a tawa. Place one roti on it and smear ghee on it. Next, pour a little of the beaten egg on one side of the roti. Allow it to cook. Similarly make all the rotis. Now take one roti and smear mayonnaise on the side with egg, then spread the chicken on it. Roll and pin it up with a toothpick. Make all the rolls similarly. Your chicken Frankie is ready. Kids will just love it.
