Ingredients:
Spinach (Palak)- leaves only, stem and stalk removed and cleaned) : 250 gm
Tomato : 1
Onion : 1 medium size
Garlic : 4 cloves
Thick cream : half cup
Butter : 25 gm
Method:
Put all the ingredients except cream and butter in a pressure cooker, add salt (to taste) and half cup water and allow 2 whistles. Now remove the cooked Spinach mixture and blend it well. In a pan, add butter and the Spinach mix; when it starts to simmer reduce the flame and add the cream. You can also add a little warm water if the soup is too thick. Do not allow the soup to simmer after you add the cream. Turn off the stove once the soup is hot enough. Add salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!!!
