As they encounter challenges and crisis on this wonderful, yet sometimes difficult journey called life, we would like to walk along side of them to bring peace and joy into their life.
Homeshanti is an initiative of Urban Indian Ministries. We have trained counselors who are committed to bringing peace in your home by restoring broken relationships, helping parents integrate with their children, building strong meaningful relationships in marriage and family by offering professional and spiritual help. We also help children, adolescents and youngsters recognize the purpose of life through various seminars and discussions in order to help them make right choices for life.
Our Counselors
Ciby Mathew
She has been engaged in helping families & youth for the last 25 years as a counselor and now also as a counseling supervisor. She has BSc, PGDip in Business Administration, BD, and currently pursuing PhD in counseling Psychology.
ANILA BLESSEN
Anila Blessen’s academic journey includes an MA in Clinical Psychology and an Advanced Diploma in Counseling Psychology. She is fluent in English, Malayalam, Hindi, and Marathi, facilitating open and comfortable discussions during counseling. Anila specializes in helping with depression, low self-esteem, stress, pre-marital counseling, and parental guidance counseling.
PRIYA JOB JOY
Dr. Priya Job holds qualifications that include an M.A. in Marriage and Family Counseling, an M.Sc. in Counseling and Psychotherapy, and a B.H.M.S.She is a trauma informed counsellor and psychotherapist. She is also a homeopathic and diet consultant. She offers counseling in English, Malayalam and Hindi.
OLIVE NAGARAJAN
Mrs. Olive Nagarajan has a diverse educational background, including a B.Sc., Dip. in Family Education and Counseling, an M.A. in Sociology, and an M. Sc. in Psychology.Her specialized qualifications encompass CBT, Positive Psychology, EFT, Satir Transformational Systemic Therapy, Reality Therapy, and the use of Art in counseling She fluently counsels in English and Tamil. She is currently pursuing Ph.D in Counseling Psychology
KIRAN MOSES
Mrs. Kiran Moses is a skilled counselor with an MA in Marriage and Family Counselling. Her specialized qualifications encompass CBT, EFT, IPT, Satir Transformational Systemic Therapy, Reality Therapy She is fluent with Hindi and English in her counseling.
JESSIE V HEBBAL
Jessie holds an MSc in Organic Chemistry and is equipped with a Diploma in Counseling. She is proficient in English and Kannada, ensuring effective communication during counseling
PRISCILLA BRIGHTON
Dr. Priscilla Brighton is a seasoned counselor with M.Sc., M.Phil., and Ph.D. qualifications in Psychology. Her competency in youth & couple counseling and emotional trauma and care counseling Priscilla counsels in English and Tamil.
BRIGHTON ANBU
Brighton Anbu has a B.Sc. in Allied Health Sciences and MBA in Human Resource Management. He pursues his Ph.D., in Christian Management. He is well-versed with English and Tamil counseling.
